FHS Senior Elected to State Office for DECA

On Tuesday, November 3, Kettering Fairmont High School’s DECA traveled to Columbus to attend the annual Ohio DECA Fall Delegates Conference, where Sophie Farley, a senior marketing student and president of Fairmont DECA’s local chapter, campaigned and was elected to fill the office of Ohio DECA Southwest Region Vice President.

Eleventh Hour Releases New CD

Members of Fairmont’s top a capella group, Eleventh Hour, celebrated the release of their newest CD, “Like Clockwork,” at a release party that was held at Books & Co. at Town & Country Shopping Center on November 1^st. "Like Clockwork” includes such hits as “Suddenly I See You,” “Love Story,” “Ring of Fire,” and a Bee Gees medley.

H1N1 Information
The schedule for the second round of the H1N1 vaccine -- recommended for all children nine-years-of-age or younger -- has been set. If your child is nine-years-old or younger and he/she received the first round of the H1N1 vaccine during vaccine clinics that were held in the Kettering City School District, he/she will receive the second dose in the schools, according to the following schedule:
